Terms & Conditions
  1. The rate on room only basis and subject to 10% service charge and 6% tourism fee.
  2. All reservations need to go through Shangri-La.com.
  3. Cancellations up to 90 days prior to the arrival, a one-night cancellation penalty will be charged
  4. Cancellations less than 90 days prior the arrival, the full duration of stay will be charged.
  5. Full payment will be charged to the credit card for the entire stay duration at the time of booking.
  6. A return confirmation will be given once payment is received in full.
  7. Accommodation made is non-transferable.
  8. No refunds will be entertained.
  9. A minimum 5 night stay (non-refundable) is required at time of booking.
  10. There will be no refund on changes in Arrival dates or shortening of stay. Booking will be based accordingly to confirmed full payment reservation received.
  11. Extension of stays, changes in  arrival or departure will be based on the 'rate of the day', which could differ from the originally confirmed rate.
